3 — Safety Warnings

⚠ Do Not Submerge the Unit

Only fill the cleaning basin. Never immerse the body, base, or charging port.

⚠ Keep Away from Children

Not a toy. Keep out of reach of children under 8.

⚡ Charging Safety

Use only the included USB cable. Do not operate while charging.

💧 Always Fill Before Use

Running dry permanently damages the transducer.

🪨 Fragile Gemstones

Do not clean pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, or cracked stones. See Section 7.

🔩 Check Settings First

Inspect for loose prongs before each use.

4 — Getting Started

Charge fully before first use. Connect USB cable to the side port. Full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours.

You can use the device before 100% — no need to wait for a full charge.

5 — How to Use

Fill the BasinPour lukewarm water to ¾ full. Add 1–2 drops of dish soap for deeper cleaning.

Place Your JewelrySubmerge pieces fully. Spread them out — don't stack.

Select Mode & StartPress ⏻ to power on. Mode 1 = 10 min. Mode 2 = 20 min. Press again to begin.

Wait for CycleDo not handle the device or water while running.

Remove & RinseBell icon illuminates when done. Rinse under clean water, pat dry with soft cloth.

Empty & DryPour out water after each session. Wipe basin and air dry before storing.

Pro tip: For heavy buildup, run a second back-to-back cycle.

8 — Care & Maintenance

After each use: Empty basin, rinse, wipe dry.
Weekly: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. No abrasives or bleach.
Storage: Store empty and dry. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
Charging: Recharge when indicator flashes. Don't leave plugged in indefinitely.
Descaling: For mineral deposits, run a 50/50 white vinegar and water cycle, then rinse.

10 — Troubleshooting

The device won't turn on

Battery may be depleted. Charge for 15+ minutes before trying again. If no response, try a different USB source. Contact support if issue persists.

Display activates but no vibration

Basin must contain water. Fill to at least ½ and press power again. Running dry damages the transducer.

Jewelry doesn't look clean after one cycle

Run a second cycle. Add 1–2 drops of dish soap for greasy or lotion-coated pieces. For silver tarnish, use a silver-safe ultrasonic solution.

Loud rattling during cycle

Jewelry is touching the basin walls. Spread items so they float freely and don't contact hard surfaces.

Device won't charge

Try a wall adapter (preferred over laptop USB). Inspect cable for damage. Contact contact@purioxa.com if unresolved.

Water around the base

Do not fill past ¾. If leaking at proper fill level, stop use and contact support immediately.
